Dr. Morrant was disciplined in 1998 by the B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons for engaging in sexual relations with a female patient. He was reprimanded again in 2008 for breaching terms of his temporary registraton. Here is the College's report: See this story in the Vancouver Sun

He is a good man and excellent therapist. He actually saved my life and now I am able to help many more. What more can a former patient say after 20 years are so of being treated?

Dr Morrant is a gem of a doctor. He is a caring and kind therapist in a world of shrinks who rely on medication to fix all problems. He takes the time to actually talk and listen. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Morrant saved my life. I very much wanted to end my life and he was able to teach me about negative cognitions and how cruel and unlenting they can be. With his dedication and kindness, I am now a much happier person who has returned to work and live life in a more mindful way.
