Was on time for appointment, explained everything very clearly and was very polite.

Dr. Chiam spent approximately 15 minutes with me only to tell me that I hadn't coughed when I was in his office so he didn't see that I was that sick. I have been admitted to hospital with pneumonia 11 times in 18 months. I have had asthma since I was 11 and all he could say that I didn't look that sick? Uugghhh his bedside manor is horrible - all he could tell me was that perhaps if I lost 25 pds that I would cough less. His opening sentence to me was "i understand that you have had a persistent cough for a year that bothers your Dr. just as much as it bothers you and so he's sent you to me so you can bother me." then he laughed and acted like it was a joke - that's rude, I'm sorry. I have since also written a letter to his clinic and to the Canadian Dr's association complaining of his methods/manners in treating his patients.
