I've found Dr. Pace to be efficient and helpful - and a good listener. Yes she can seem a bit nervous at first, but she's actually very good at trying to get at what is going on in a given situation, and at active listening. I also like the fact that I am never kept waiting very long when I have an appointment (10 minutes was the longest wait ever, which is nothing compared with many doctors in the Lower Mainland, who will keep you waiting an hour or longer beyond your scheduled time.

Competent but seems jittery. Does not look at chart before meeting with patient but will rapidly peruse while trying to chat at the same time. Sometimes displays a "better-than" attitude.
